As the Administration Assistant you will be supporting the business operation and ensuring the clients, potential clients and team members have the support and information they require when they need it. Working closely with the Founder/CEO you will ensure all information requests are actioned quickly and accurately.
You will provide admin support to the CEO and team of Screenwriter Coaches and act as ambassador and first point of contact for clients and potential clients. You will complete and update company records and maintain client contact and relationship databases.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will need to have proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is essential including proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular). Familiarity with Gmail would be an advantage.
- You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- You will have a professional and friendly demeanour and an ability to work within a team and on your own initiative.
- You will be able to thrive in a changing environment and be able to pick up new skills quickly.

Role: Administration Assistant
Hours: Part-time, flexible (role can be offered as 0.4FTE, 0.5FTE or 0.6FTE - this works out between 15 - 22.5 hours per week) Please provide an indication of your preference of hours / working pattern on your cover email.
Location: Solihull, remote working (home-based). The role will be home-based however the candidate needs to live within an easy commute of South Solihull as regular meetings with the Script Angel Team will be required. Please do not apply if you are looking for soley remote working. Living locally is a key criteria.
Salary: £18,000 (pro-rata)
