Part Time Administrator (Temp)

We are currently recruiting for a part time administrator to provide support to a recent start-up company for a period of 3 months.

The role will consist of dealing with a broad range of admin tasks including:

  • Assisting with invoicing.
  • Setting up systems.
  • Filing.
  • Updating computerised records.
  • Updating the website.
  • Answering the phones.
  • Sending out quotes and contracts.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, staff and contractors by telephone and email.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Location: Kings Norton, Birmingham

Hours: 3 days a week (15 - 21 hours)

Salary: £9-£10 per hour dependent upon experience

Please note this is a temporary position for 3 months.
